Upon arrival, we encountered a smell coming from the shower room. It appeared that the drainage was insufficient, causing the shower tray to fill up. Even after running water in the trap, some issues persisted, and I had to repeatedly flush the WC to stop it from running continuously. The reception staff were less than accommodating. It took considerable effort to prove we had already paid for our stay.
